I have llived here for six years and the staff you have now is the best.A lot of good changes have taken place.
The other residents are friendly, and we greet each other when we pass by. I've gotten to know a few on a first name basis. The environment feels safe, and I like the mix of young professionals and retired folks. Everyone is respectful, and it feels like a very upscale neighborhood.
The units need to be upgraded like it shows in some of the pictures used when they are advertising the hard wood floor and stainless steel appliances
This is my 2nd year at Southfield and I absolutely love it. I was hesitant moving to a bottom floor and having someone above me making noise. However, I haven��??t run into any problem worth a discussion. I do have an issue with the insects that I see, but they spray every other week and that helps a lot. I am comfortable where I am.
