I have been very pleased not only with the apartments themselves but also the community, it's quite, clean, pet friendly and just plain nice. It's really close to Metro, within walking distance of Shoppers Food and also Brookside Gardens and Wheaton Regional Park. I love to run and walk and being so close to those 2 parks is amazing.
Greatest Location to live in Montgomery County if you are not purchasing a home... My likes and dislikes are: Great location in revitalized Spring Springs - Friendly management, prompt maintenance service, great landscape. Easy Access to Metro DC and surrounding areas via Metro buses and subway, close to shopping malls and food stores, local government and businesses, hospitals, great restaurants and entertainment spots, parks and recreation, community centers. Good schools and library.
The community is peaceful and quiet. It has changed for the better for the last year or more. I can't wait for the road construction to finish up and have the chaos and noise end. But other then that little issue, the place is worth my hard work to pay the rent.
A Nice place surrounded with beautiful trees. Nice locality and nearby to all necessity points. I haven't visited before booking the apartment but after I moved, I never regrate. I will definitely prefer this community in future if I moved to MD.
We mentioned a few things that could use repair/repainting when we moved in. Truly, I did not expect most items to be addressed, but everything was addressed in a wonderful and timely manner! The grounds are truly beautiful. We love the trees.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
495 to Georgia Ave. exit north through Wheaton past the Wheaton Shopping Center, just before Randolph Road. Glenmont Forest entrance is on the right.
