Any and every time I have an issue or concern, it is always addressed immediately. The staff here are awesome.
In the short time we have lived in the Willowood apartments we have nothing but great things to say!! We absolutely love it here especially with the leasing office manager and her great personality and the maintenance employee is always making the residence first and so friendly! We have referred a handful of people and will continue to do so!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
