What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. From Baltimore, take the I-695 Beltway to Exit 19 (I-795). Take I-795 and continue to MD Route 140 North (Westminster exit). Continue approximately eight miles on Route 140 to Westminster. Make a left onto Route 97 South. At the second traffic light, turn right onto East Main Street. Turn left onto Poole Road, and Westbrooke Apartments will be on the right.
