Office, front desk and maintenance staff are very friendly and competent. Maintenance issues always adressed promptly. Building is old, and that's part of it's charm, but units could do with some new amenities (i.e. windows). Windows are drafty and should be replaced. And outside of windows are never cleaned. Being a highrise building, windows can't reasonably be cleaned by residents. My feeling is that management should have them cleaned occasionally (like annually).

I like the location of this building, you can get to many places in just 15 minutes. I like the layout and size of my one bedroom apartment. I feel that this is a very safe building to reside in. Generally I think we have very nice tenants, and have no intentions of moving. If the parking were not a problem and the basement and a few other common areas were spruced up, I would have given this building an excellent.

when I moved to the current apt it was a real mess- management told me that they would replace the carpet, glaze the tub, paint the balcony (chipped paint)-the windows need work- there are big openings, the hallways and laundry rooms need to be cleaned, young tenants that share an apartment and have friends over, noise, and no parking available
Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you apartment was not ready up to our standards when you moved in. We do pride ourselves in maintaining the highest standards, but clearly we fell short. I have found our residents to be coconscious not about disturbing neighbors but there will always be exceptions.
