I've lived here for 8 years and had very, very few issues. Maintenance issues tend to be solved within a reasonable time frame. It's a quite building. The landscaping looks great too. The lobby level parking area could use some work (the ceiling), but besides that the outside looks great.
The availability of.A LAUNDRY ROOM, DELLI, GYM.SWIMMING POOL, RECEPTION DESK,BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING, LIVELY LOBBY, AND PARTY ROOM,OUTDOOR PICNIC FACILITIES AND TABLES FOR WEEKLY BARBEQUES, MAINTAINANCE, FOR EACH APT. AND GENERAL INSIDE AND OUTSIDE UPKEEP.
I think the staff takes the time to know the residents and puts in the effort to do nice things for the building.
The staff at Hampton Plaza is outstanding! Everyone at the front desk goes out of their way to make you feel at home, and maintenence staff responds lightning fast. The location is walkable to the circle, the mall and Trader Joes. This is the best apartment community that I've found so far! ...Kinda wish they'd get rid of the 80s wallpaper borders in the upstairs hallways though ;)

What is a Certified Resident?
