Building not cleaned very well on day to basis, and issues with mice roaches and a lot of kids playing in building.
The guest parking has been poorly managed. I can never get a guest parking for my visitors. I have been thinking about moving out as soon as can for this reason
Starting with upper Management, I placed and left phone calls to the main office in Chevy Chase to raise some of my concerns, I never got a call back. Local management, ever since the new manager arrived, it feels like there is a new sheriff in town, starting with parking, all those intimidating memos about towing your cars and enforcing 24 hours, the fact that as resident you can not park on the visitor parking, although that is the only parking available without having to walk a long distance.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
