It's understandable that pets have accidents in the elevator but, I feel all owners are not taking care of these matters. Several times I have entered the elevators and the area in the garage that were not taken care of. Also, I'm not home 85% of the time and I received a call, in class that someone in my apartment was banging on the floor and a pet complaint. I live alone and I told management it was not me and that I was not at home also, I told management that I have NO pet. Often times when I return home there is a noise occurring above me, which can be heard in the hallway before I enter my apartment. I've not complained because I hear it only for a few seconds when I return. It appears to be weights being dropped or maybe a child dropping pans.
The front desk staff is wonderful - truly fantastic. One complaint that has been shared with the office staff repeatedly is the parking garage. People who are not handicapped park in handicap spots and there are several dumped cars that have been there for over a year without action being taken, despite multiple complaints to office manager. As someone who pays for parking, it is frustrating to have this complaint ignored.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
