Silver Spring Towers has been an exceptional living experience. The management team is always kind and friendly. And any maintenance issues are resolved immediately.
A great place to live. Convenient to shopping (grocery stores, cleaners, hardware, Gas station, etc). Transportation ( Metro to DC / mall, monuments. local bus service good)I love it.
Silver Spring Towers is a very convenient and comfortable place to live; excellent value for the rent.
I strongly recommend against living in Silver Spring Towers, particularly during the summer time, because the community amenities are terrible. The pool is mediocre at best, and the deck/grill area of the apartment is terribly underwhelming. There are only two grills, only one of which seems to work at any given time, and on Sundays the grills are surrounded by crowds of guests that take all the space and all of the deck away from people who actually living in the building. Management should provide more grills and tables and chairs for the deck area AND prevent outside guests from using our amenities and abusing the privileges of living in the building that residents do not get to enjoy when there are crowds of guests.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
