The community is very quiet, very clean, lot's of available parking spaces and most of all it's very safe for my kids when they are playing outside.
The location is great. The grounds are clean and the buildings are maintained nicely.

If you can afford it, it's a very nice place for a student or entry-level worker to live. My likes and dislikes are: Very close to the metro, within 10 minutes walking distance. Rent is good for the location and the setup. It's calm and quiet, and maintenance is prompt and thorough. The community is friendly.
The apartment is spacious, lovely and convenient to the metro. The staff is always wonderful and helpful. In the long term, I think that a gym would be a nice perk in terms of amenities, but the place is basically everything I could have asked for.
