I like the community and the staff .
The property manager,Ms.Holmes is doing a wonderful job of trying to make us comfortable and feeling at home
There is a pest control problem in my building that has not been addressed for several months even though I have called for service several times.
Lighting in the buildings stairways are often left for a period without lighting.
Buildings are left with trash in hallways and stairways too many days without cleaning.
NO notification about trash charge, new residents are not going by rules. 2 daogs 2 cats, animals messing on the balconies. music loud. Manage do not care how they place people in the apartments. a quiet building all of a sudden there are kids going in and out of doors. kids hanging out on the side of buildings. the compacts is not being watched by management. Dis satisfied with office staff. Rude
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
