I just received my renewal letter and my rent is increasing substantially again . I am looking at new places to live as a result of this. I think when you have good tenents paying their rent on time that should be given consideration when deciding on rent increases. I would like to stay but I dont know if I can afford to.

I would like to see hall carpets replaced or cleaned and when cleaning is done in hallways to be mindful that some residents are allergic to the cleaning products. It would be nice if clean green products are used. If company needs direction in finding a manufacturer of green products please contact me - I work for one.

I am satisfied with the community however I am severely disappointed that my AC unit is still underperforming after three service requests/repairs. The temp in our apartment goes between 82-84 and has not decreased!!

My apartment would be a great condo! Like its layout as well as the wonderful maintenance service provided by Skylark Pointe. Quiet and peaceful environment in the community. Sometimes traffic going through the community seems to travel too fast. Entrance hall gets dirty/soiled quickly and needs cleaning sooner than scheduled. The area around dumpster is, at times, very messy and garbage bags and broken furniture pieces get thrown outside the dumpster even though there is space in side. Minor stuff. Love my apartment and community. ;)

What is a Certified ResidentCertified Resident Review?

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
