The property is clean and well maintained. Management and maintenance respond timely and rent is reasonable. Within the past year, new roofs, windows and patio/balcony doors were installed. The windows and doors are air tight. In addition to the renovations, an outside and indoor fitness center and dog park were added.
The management team and maintenance staff are very efficient, professional, and courteous.
I like the fact that the neighborhood is clean, quiet and welcoming. The staff are really nice and my neighbors are friendly.
Front office staff were very friendly and agreeable whenever concerns arose. Maintenance workers were prompt in their response to maintenance requests and were also courteous and friendly. The location is choice being so close to the Beltway and lots of great shopping and restaurants.
Excellent office staff that treat you like they really care about their residents. My concerns are always addressed timely and I appreciate their courteous and professional manner.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
