The community is very queit and well kept! It is a beautiful view. The community is about 10 min from Alexandria, National Harbor is 2 miles away, and the metro is a 5- 10 min drive depending on traffic. There is lot to do around the area!
My only suggestion would be to offer a bit more visitor parking but thats all!
I love not seeing roaches or mice..
Portabello is a very quiet place to stay, They keep the environment clean inside and outside the complex, However its hard to communicate with the rental office especially when you have a maintenance concern. When there is an emergency the maintenance guy dose come call back right away at anytime after hours. They do have a mice problem but overall its a descent place.
The development overall is nice. The appliances are a bit out dated. I decided on this property for convenience. Prices are on the high side and the apartments are not worth the money. But if your like myself and focus more on the location, then your fine My likes and dislikes are: The location is great. Townhouses are spacious
The bedroom and living space are very roomy, kitchen not so much- mainly if you enjoy cooking. To have an updated unit with a w/d, you compromise countertop space. The best and quick solution would be to turn the "cove" into a closet to house a stackable w/d.
