Friendly professional staff. Quick response to fix maintenance issues. Well kept premises and what I like the most staff always keep residents informed of unusual incidents in the surrounding neighborhood which isn't often.
I'm very satisfied as a resident of FHN...parking is a bit of a challenge, but overall, we love it there! FHN is very accessible to the Metro and the National Harbor shops/attractions and is in very close proximity to the beltway, giving easy access from P.G. County, MD to Northern Virginia. The rental office staff is the best! They're very professional, helpful, and kind...and go above and beyond to assure that we're satisfied!
The community manager and her office staff are professional in dealing with residents, the apartments are spacious and convenient, their maintenance staffs act professional and quick in response, above all the community is safe to walk or drive around at anytime without been scared. I'm happy to live here for six yrs with my family.
This would be my first apartment that my children, husband and I have rented and overall, this has been a wonderful experience! The only thing i would not agree to, is the children's playground. My children calls it boring . Ages 9,4 and 6.
I made the right choice making this my community my home. The staff was very nice during that process. My likes and dislikes are: The community is kept up very well!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
