Beautiful, quiet, clean, beautifully landscape...quick service from maintenance. Leasing staff, pleasant, knowledgeable and happy.

Owings Run is not a bad place to leave. Most of my issues stem from the new tenants. I know you can't refuse because or race, color, religion, children ect. Everyone does deserve that right and I have no problems with that. But a 2 bedroom apartment should not have 6 individuals living there. Tenants should be made to live according to the rules of the complex. We do pay a lot of money to live here and should be able to enjoy our apartments. I know because it is an apartment there will be noise to deal with, but some families really need to control their children and not let them run wild disturbing others. I like apartment living and you guys do a great job with the up keep of this one. It would also be nice to award good paying tenants and long term tenants with a re-newing least with no or very little rate increase.

I've been a home properties resident for 10 years and until now, I never had an issue with service requests. My washer and dryer was replaced because they were no longer functioning properly because they were old! Why is it an issue to replace a refrigerator!!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
Take Beltway to Exit 19 (I-795). Take Exit 4 (Owings Mills Boulevard). Bear left. Turn right onto Lakeside Boulevard, and then make the first left onto Owings Run Road. Follow signs to the leasing office.
