At Morningside Apartments in Owings Mills, MD, you can select from 26 floor plans for your next two- or three-bedroom townhome, or studio, one-, two-, or three-bedroom apartment for rent. You'll enjoy ceramic-tile baths, air conditioning, and spacious closets. Select apartments have a new kitchen and bath, separate dining room, a balcony or patio, and an ADT alarm system. On-site laundry facilities and childcare services are available. You'll also enjoy a clubhouse, library, and fitness center. Or, head outside to enjoy the pool, volleyball and tennis courts, playground, dog run, and scenic grounds. * Just one-half hour from Baltimore, Morningside offers convenient access to I-795 and I-695. The Metro is a five-minute drive from your door, and a bus stop (#52) is nearby. Safeway, Baltimore County schools, and countless shopping, dining, and entertainment venues are in the vicinity, too. Off-street, on-street, and assigned parking are available. Cats and dogs are welcome.

I love my place. It has a great flow to it. The fixtures and doors give it a more upscale look. I have so much cabinet space that I still have drawers empty. It is cozy and comfortable. I love my place.
I been here for 6 months. I can honestly, say truly pleased with my decision. I wanted the convenience of having a gym and pool. I hope to be in the pool next summer. Overall am satisfied. Pam H.
I've been living here at Morning Side for 2 years, and I am enjoying my apartment, and the community. Very few concerns, and when I do have them, I can have them addressed, where we can find a solution together. I've never had any major issues within my apartment. The community is full of families from all over the world, and I appreciate this. I really do not have any complaints, we feel safe here. AND I ENJOY a weedless apartment building. In the past, in other apartment communities, tenants and staff actually smoking weed on the grounds and in the apartment buildings were the common to see, and it was tolerated. I am grateful we no longer have to deal with this. None of our neighbors in my building smoke at all.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

Take the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) to the Northwest Expressway (I-795). Take Exit 4 and turn right onto Owings Mills Boulevard. Turn right at the second stop light and continue to Reisterstown Road. Make a left onto Reisterstown Road. Continue 1/2 mile and make a right onto Straw Hat Road. Then turn right onto Pleasant Ridge Drive, and follow the signs to the leasing office.
