The quality of the apartment, staff, and location.
Everything is great about living at Metro Crossing except the dreadful trailer and construction site in the rear. The trailer blocks the wonderful view of the stream and wildlife. To my understanding the trailer has been unoccupied since 2014 and is really an eyesore. The stream, deer and other animals could be used as a great leasing feature for future residents. I consiter this a luxury living complex and the rear of the building is not. Can it be moved???
Metro Crossing is great place to live. I love the atmosphere and the location. My move in was a breeze and the office staff is always happy to help. My neighbors are nice. It will be even better when they start putting shops and eateries in the surrounding area.

From I-695 take exit 19 onto I-795 North/Northwest Expressway toward Reisterstown/Owings Mills. Continue 3.2 miles then take exit 4 for Owings Mills Blvd, keep left at the fork and follow signs to merge onto Owings Mills Blvd. South. Turn left onto Red Run Blvd (first light) follow that for just under a mile. Turn left onto Painters Mill Road. You will then turn left at the first traffic light onto Grand Central Avenue. Our leasing center is located on the left. From the North: Take I-795 South to exit 4 for Owings Mills Blvd towards Metro Station. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Owings Mills Blvd North/Maryland 140 N/Reisterstown Road. Continue straight and veer right onto Grand Central Avenue. Continue straight through the first circle to leasing office on the left.
