My family has lived here almost 6 years and we love it. The resident office staff is very professional and whenever I have a problem with anything their response time has always been very quick. Maintenance staff are also so professional and helpful. The grounds are also beautiful year-round. I plan to stay a few more years. I really feel comfortable and safe with the gated entrance and buildings.
Office Staff has been great, very professional to deal with and concerned about the residents feeling comfortable and happy in their homes. The Maintenance Staff is great and once you submit your maintenance request they are right there to fix the problem. The grounds are kept very nice and the elevators and hallways are cleaned daily. I love the garages, so convenient!
I have lived here for over three years and have had nothing but positive experiences with every staff member and have never had a reason to complain about anything at all. From the correspondence sent out by the office to the residents, it seems any complaints or concerns from other residents are handled promptly and professionally.
Neighbors were like family. Staff answered all concerns immediately
This development is quiet, safe and very well maintained. The building security is superb! Though a little pricey, this is by far the best apartment complex we have ever resided in. The rooms are very large and well laid out.
