Any issues that have come up have been handled in an appropriate and timely manner. Most maintenance requests are addressed the same day. All of the staff are courteous and helpful. Snow removal on Southfield Drive can sometimes be delayed and create a safety hazard for those who must travel during snow events, but that may be more of a county issue. Overall, we enjoy it here and those who visit us are impressed with both the grounds and interior.

upkeep is great anytime there is a concern with an appliance etc it is taken care of promptly. New considerations for upgrades to the complex are great as well.

I enjoy the office staff and the hard work of the maintenance staff during snowstorms. I have always felt safe walking my dog in the early morning and at night. The property is always clean. I enjoy the renovations and exterior of our building. I am very thankful for how quiet it is at night. We have already recommended the location to friends. There is a very cold COLD draft that comes from the sliding doors during the winter. The heat is constantly on in the winter because of the draft and th
