I have llived here for six years and the staff you have now is the best.A lot of good changes have taken place.
The other residents are friendly, and we greet each other when we pass by. I've gotten to know a few on a first name basis. The environment feels safe, and I like the mix of young professionals and retired folks. Everyone is respectful, and it feels like a very upscale neighborhood.
It is very quiet here, so that for me is a big plus. However, for the money the place is rundown - sliding doors do not work, carpet was ratty when I moved in, grungy kitchen, moldy bathtub, &c. Landlords are also *very* intrusive: they will find a reason to enter your apartment at least every month, sometimes without advance notice (communication is poor here). Like I said, it is very quiet. If you don't mind intrusive landlords checking up on you, you can make it work a year or two.
The staff is always willing to help and understands the needs of us residents. Always looking for ways for residents to interact on holidays, special occasions, or just a day out of the blue. The exterior of buildings are always well kept and clean and maintence service is always right there waiting. I would recommend this particular complex to anyone looking for the right place to move in.
It is a very quiet yet friendly community. Management is very friendly and maintenance issues are handled swiftly.
