Office and maintenence staff are very friendly. The office staff give events for the residents to get together and socialize.

The staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful in ensuring a positive living area for my boyfriend and I. We are so happy with our move and will continue to speak highly of Southfield.
Friendly staff, clean grounds, great apartment interior and appliances, safe community, good location
Any issues that have come up have been handled in an appropriate and timely manner. Most maintenance requests are addressed the same day. All of the staff are courteous and helpful. Snow removal on Southfield Drive can sometimes be delayed and create a safety hazard for those who must travel during snow events, but that may be more of a county issue. Overall, we enjoy it here and those who visit us are impressed with both the grounds and interior.
