The building is clean, the leasing office staff are friendly and it's close to just about everything you could want or need. Plus Whole Foods is connected to the building!
North Bethesda Market employs a professional and pleasant staff and maintenance team. The amenities are a major plus as well.
I cannot say enough great things about NOBE -- the community events are awesome and residents are all very friendly, they are so welcoming to pets, everything is always spotless and smells great, gym is convenient and always clean with great machines, views from the apartments are fantastic, the NOBE area is great with amazing restaurants, great walking paths and parks nearby, and very safe, staff is always welcoming with a smile and ready to help... greatly exceeded my wife and my expectations!!
The location is convenient, and for the price it is really affordable for this area. I feel safe and secure while living here. The staff greet you and know who you are, and are always willing to help. I also enjoy Wine Down Wednesday events every month.
NOBE has always had a great location and management responds well in almost all situations! They constantly listen on what could be improved which is a sign of a great culture. It is a nice and relaxing community with Whole Foods right there!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
