I only have lived two weeks at Avalon at Grosvenor Station so far and very much like it. I am especially thankful that the community allows pets (dogs). My apartment is spacious, has a great layout, lots of cabinet space in the kitchen, and I like that each apartment has a balcony. The isolation of the apartments and the building seems to be very good as I don't hear any of my neighbors. The staff at the leasing office is very friendly, responsive, and helpful. I have not regretted my decision to move to this community.
We just moved in this month and it was an easy process from abroad and when we arrived. The process was quick and smooth. Questions were answered quickly and with detailed. Moving is stressful especially when you have to move an entire family. Thank you for making the transition much easier .

I've lived in five different apartments in the Avalon at Grosvenor Station community and all of them have been wonderful. The move-in, move-out process has always been extremely easy, and the staff are always extremely helpful. I don't take advantage of the great amenities (proximity to the Metro, beautiful pool, new gym) like I should, but it's wonderful to have them. The community in general is well-maintained and the residents are generally very friendly and respectful. I love that it's a dog-friendly community, too. My dog loves getting the chance to meet lots of other friendly pups in the neighborhood. If you're considering Avalon, I'd highly recommend it. It's a great place to live!

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
