The new staff has been very responsive to my needs. The lady that handle maintenance request has been very polite and efficient. She respond to my request in a timely manner.
When you walk in the office, it was very clean, air was fresh. The staff was very pleasent and very helpful.

There are several reasons why I'm displeased with this place, but the main issue lies in the lack of professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness on behalf of the staff. In particular, roach problems that still have not been resolved (have been a resident for over a year); my hot water currently isnt working (took them two days to just put up an advisory for that; AND two days to put up a sign about the boil water advisory when I had brown water from a pipe bursting); I could go on but no room
I think there needs to a more systematic parking method. Each apartment if possible should be assigned a parking space. If families have more than one vehicle then the ca juggle other slots. It is really nerve rack driving around for hours trying to find a park after 10:00pm. What about the people who get off work late. I really like the neighborhood and the apartment settings. Access to the gym should be changed to earlier in the morning as resident would to use the gym before going to work.
When I first move in august thing was ready pipe leaking, refrigerator making noise, bath tub need to be repaint, to get lsudry done I need to pay for the card with I still feel that is should be in the amount for administrative fee.
