Overall I Am Completely Satisfied With My Apartment. Maintenance Personnel Are Always Friendly And Respond In A Timely Matter If Needed. I Know The Repiping Of The Apartments Was A Big Project But From My Experience With It Everything Was So Unorganized And Not Professional At All. They Left 3 Holes In My Wall With Screws And Wires Exposed For 5 Days. To Me That Is Unexeptable, Especially Since They Moved My Daughters Furniture All Around And Left Drywall All Over The Floor.
I am very happy here. I think the Management tries very hard to excel, however, the poor demeanor of most of the maintenance staff, and the slow response. brings this grade down to good, instead of excellent.
I feel it is a very safe and family friendly environment
Mill Pond has been owned by Legend Co. for just a little over a year, and has made many improvements to the complex over time. I hope to see many more improvements made to the upkeep of the stairwells. They are nasty!
There were some maintenance items that have yet to be addressed.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
