Service has been exceptional
Thank you for your great rating - we are pleased that you are happy in your apartment home. Morgan Properties takes great pride in offering exceptional service and great value. We responded and sent our thanks directly to our certified resident.
My building has a problem with the lock on the apartment building's front door. I've been here less than a year and have had to change my key to that door because of a new lock and it is broken now. I moved here for the security the door provided and it is not secure here anymore. If someone in the building is breaking, get a camera and did out who. Also, there is a dog in the building who takes dumps in the stairwell and pees in the stairwell as well. I have a four year old. This is unacceptable. There are also not enough visitor parking spaces and there is no set protocol for removing cars who are not parked where they belong.
Morgan Properties greatly appreciates your time and feedback. We want to make every effort to improve so we have reached out directly to our certified resident to get more details. We take the time to open a dialogue and find out how we can create a higher level of satisfaction.
One of my concerns is the advertisement and the amount of rent paid for the amenities that residents do not have full use of: for example the fitness center and not being able to use it due to constant closure of the fitness center. I've made several inquiries to when it will be open and each time I'm told it will open by the end of the month and signage will be posted. Well it's been 2 years and it's still not open but yet management is still advertising fitness center signage to attract new tenants.
Thanks for taking the time to tell us what you think! Glad we are doing well but we can also make some improvements to make our service outstanding. Our property team has already responded directly to our certified resident to see how we can make their apartment living experience that much better.
