I'm overall happy with apartment space and the layout of the kitchen. Maintenance is prompt and gets the job done. Parking availability is not bad, but should be improved for both residency & guests. I live in the buildings by the wooded area wear guest parking is furthest, and when I work the late shift, the residential parking for those buildings is usually full when I come home
The reason I gave such a high rating for the Evergreens is because it's the ideal place to live for the convenience to beltway to either Wasington/Baltimore/VA! The office staff here at the Evergreens are courteous & professional, & are always eager to assist me if I have any issues.
