I look forward to coming home after a long days work, and it is not just when I enter my apartment. From the moment I turn into the complex, I feel relaxed. The property is fairly new, the grounds are well manicured/well lit, the buildings are in great shape and the parking lots are not cluttered with boats and recreational vehicles. Together, all of these factors make for a safe living environment. Entering the building is a welcoming experience, after all, the wide-front door opens automatically after scanning your key fob. This is very benefial when my hands are full. Everything about this building is spacious, from the foyer, to elevator, to the hallways and the apartment. What I like most is the fact that the doors are wide, to include inside the apartment. When my furniture was delivered, the delivery men loved the fact that they could put my heavy furniture on a dolly, roll it through the front door, onto the the elevator, down the hallway and right into my bedroom without having to lift it and manuver through narrow passages. This is something to be appreciated by the do-it-yourselfer! In addition to being spacious, the hallways are decorated with trim work, which adds character and charm. Whats more, the hallways are well lit and very clean. Lastly, the staff are amazing. Community gatherings and special events are a constant. Overall, I am very pleased with the Enclave at Emerson and am happy to call it my home.

Living here is much better than I thought. The staff is very knowledgeable and knows who I am. Maintenance work order are complete disaster when they say that it would within 24hrs. Great place to live!
