When giving notices, it would be great if we receive the notices earlier, example we knew 1 day before parking lot was scheduled to be done. Sometimes the notices are given at the beginning of the day.

The buildings need to be cleaned weekly as they were prior to this management taking over. Strict consequences need to be made to residents leaving trash in the hallways. When an maintenance request is made act on it instead of ignoring it. The staff is not the best at all (office staff).
This certified resident cared enough to take the time to detail areas where we can improve, and we have reached out to them. We make every effort to make apartment home living a great experience and sometimes we need to learn from where we fell short. Thank you for posting this information and we look forward to showing you how we can improve.
The only interaction I have had with the property manager was extremely unpleasant. After speaking with the regional manager it was almost as if the behavior I stated the property manager displayed during our encounter was the norm ;therefore it was totally acceptable. While the regional manager was extremely pleasant, I did not feel like anything was told to the property manager or if the incident was even mentioned to her. Therefore, I still feel the same way regarding the property manager. She should definitely receive leadership courses/training before she is able to manage anyone it any property for that matter. On another note, the leasing agents working in the front office all seem to be really pleasant and displays exceptional customer service. It is sad I cannot the same about their rude and obnoxious supervisor.
We never want to disappoint anyone - especially a resident that calls our community home. This feedback was a top priority and we have contacted the certified resident directly to have a conversation and learn how we can improve our community and service. We appreciate the chance to make this situation better!
