I've been a resident at Post Park for almost 2 years. I absolutely Love my 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment home. It is quiet yet walking distance to Mall, Metro & Grocery Stores plus the Management Team & Maintenance Team are 100% are point! I have two Elementary School Age Children, and I moved to Post Park because of the Excellent & Brand New Performing Arts Elementary School that is across the street. However, it is bitter sweet, as we are moving at the end of our lease, as I am expecting a New Baby 5 days after the lease is up. We now are moving into a bigger home, yet I will definitely recommend Post Properties and will miss my apartment home (if they had 3/4 bedrooms we would definitely stay!). Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here at Post Park. I work in the Property Management Industry, and for one of the neighboring competitors of Post Park, so I know first hand what each property has to offer plus the insiders. Therefore, of the 4 Luxury A communities in Hyattsville, Post Park is Number 1! ~*Tamara P.*~
