The front desk staff is always incredibly helpful. Any issue I bring to them is usually handled same day. The aprtment exteriors are kinda old and run down but the interiors are very nice. Though nothing is level. Great service all around

very lovely. close to public transportation and shopping. very good commercial area.need closer mailing boxes up the hill, metro bus up the hill.
Maintenance is prompt,parking is safe and available at all times.Security is allways present to make you feel safe.The swimming pool is fun.The neighbors are family.My son (tyler)loves it.
Wish had folder tables in laundry room. My likes and dislikes are: Near the subway and shopping.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
