I've been in and out of the hospital and it's been horrible but the care I've been shown by the staff has been wonderful. Thank you for all you've done
I am very pleased with the condition and appearance of my apartment and community overall, I honestly have only one complaint. The usage of not having hot water is very disappointing. I have children who are forced to take cold showers due to lack of hot water in the building frequently. I have talked to neighbors who are saying they are leaving due to the same issue. I hope this problem can be resolved because I really would like to be a permanent resdient for future years.
The cats are a significant detractor from the appearance and cleanliness of the community. Additionally, their activity in the garbage cans are evident by the morning trash they've pulled out the dumpsters.
Roaches are the major issue here, I keep my unit clean but it does not help. The water bill is EXTREMELY high, I would prefer for you to set individual meter for each apartment. Last month we pay $87.00 for the water, that is ridiculous and so unfair. We are two adults in the unit, there is no way we can consume that much water in one month. The water is either VERY HOT or VERY COLD. I reported these issues to the office, but they have not been resolved. Some floors are being renovated my floor still looks old, WHY? Will you take my concerns at heart or it is just another survey? Thank you for your time.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
