The staff is incredibly wonderful, the best there is!
There are no ammenities for the residents and I don't understand why the pool has not been fixed. It was one of the main reasons I chose Glen Mar.
Why do most apartments have Kitchen from the 1970's for the amount of rent one's pay you would think Glen Mar Properties could bring the kitchens into the 21st century, all other apartment communities have updated kitchens and baths

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
