Because I really love the environment that Chespeake Glen offer, large apartment, very quiet neighborhood and they always give back to the community by having movie night with the kids, etc.
We have a parking spot that says reserved on it and the residents have been gone for 2 months now.
The inside of the apartment building should have security cameras as there are people loitering some times, kids playing and screaming in the hallways, and trash/food crumbs left on the stairs. Also, there should be someone cleaning the inside of the apartment building. It is kind of disgusting and there is a bad bug problem inside of the building. Also, residents park in the visitor area leaving no visitor spots open for actual guests.
Need more visitor parking, parking for visitors has been limited because of the multiple resident vehicles parking in those sPots.
Lots of cars with no stickers. I have to park far away sometimes
