Excellent workmanship on building apartments. My apartment is very well built and notice high end cabinets and appliances. Enjoy the pool very much every summer and is well kept and very nice. Always been treated well when dealing with office and maintenance employees.
The snow removal and etc. during storms is excellent and shows concerns for the safety of the residents.
They handle any maintenance requests in a timely and accurate manner.

What is a Certified Resident?
