My husband and I have lived at Cherry Knoll for almost 12 months. We love the look and feel of our apartment and always receive compliments from our guests. The apartment is very spacious and the noise level is so minimal that sometimes, I forget that we even have neighbors. Maintenance requests are always responded to within 24 hours, but the maintenance people almost NEVER leave a note saying that they were in our apartment which is DEFINITELY a problem now that I think about it. Aside from this, we don't have any complaints about the facility as of yet, though, the impending changes in parking regulations may change that. We live in a section of the community in which parking is NEVER an issue. I can only imagine that limiting the number of visitors and amount of time that visitors can stay will create a headache for community members who didn't previously experience any issues with the parking situation.
Cherry knoll is a great community managed by a very experienced group of young dedicated people,the location is awesome and the prices are very convenient
Landscaping makes it feel like a neighborhood. Renovated kitchen/bathroom makes the whole apartment look amazing. Internet could be better with Verizon instead of Comcast. Parking anywhere is great for living and having visitors. Everyone in the leasing office is nice and super helpful. Buzzer for incoming visitors only calls your cellphone, which is safer for the community but less convenient. Less than 5 minute drive to the shopping centers and 270.
Cherry Knoll was a good experience as far as the move in and so far living there is good also. The office has been very helpful. The only issues that we have had was that the parking spaces are small and the cable set up which is not because of Cherry Knolls but comcast or xfinity could have been easier at the move in set up process.
Cherry Knoll is in a quiet area, the grounds, so far, have been kept very clean and it looks very peaceful in general. They have community grills are very nice too! The apartment itself is very nice. I do not hear my neighbors, though I'm on the top floor. The staff has been exceptionally friendly as well! I'd definitely recommend this to a friend.
