Overall this is a nice community. Wish there was better parking and the trash compactor was more accessible.
I like the quick responce when a ticket is put in.
Cherry knoll is a nice place to live,just need to enforce rules and policies.
clean, nice, affordable
The apartments are newly renovated and very clean with the occasional entry of stink bugs into the apartment. Gym facilities are great. Walmart, Target, Giant are a few driving miles away. The leasing office staff are very courteous and responsive to any concerns. Ample parking space available.
