Everyone whom I have spoke to in the Leasing Office is friendly, responsive and helpful. I love my apartment and the landscaping is so beautiful. It is quiet and peaceful here, I love it
We have lived at Cherry Knoll almost 2 years now and we love it here. The Leasing Staff and the Maintenance Staff are top notch and very responsive to our needs. We look forward to signing another lease here. Our community management is customer service oriented and display true attention to detail always. Recently we went to a resident gathering and were greeted by our community management with open arms. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and fix things right the first time. We have never had to call again for a maintenance issue. In fact, the only thing we contacted maintenance for over the past year was a burned out light bulb in our kitchen. They perform routine checks each month to ensure everything is working properly. We have a lovely swimming pool and gazebo area with grills for our use. The fitness center was recently renovated with state of the art fitness equipment. We find that we want to remain at Cherry Knoll for a long time. It is a great community to live in with wonderful staff. We cannot wait to sign another lease.
I have lived at Cherry Knoll for 10 years. You can't beat the community atmosphere and the excellent management and maintenance personnel. It's a great community to live.
Great place to live...
I can't say enough good things about Cherry Knolls. The property is well maintained and the landscaping is to die for in the spring time. Our move in went very smoothly and all minor repair problems we had were fixed in a couple of days. There is a train close to the property but we have never been able to hear it unless all of the windows are open. We rented the 2 bed 2 bath and the storage and space is amazing. We also got vaulted ceilings for being on the top floor. Parking is never an issue, there are always at least 2 spots available. There is a wonderful lake right down the street to run and bike ride as well. All in all we could not be happier with our decision to move here!
