I love it here. I feel safe and secure. the management team is spot on!!! It is close to shopping and buses if needed. Any maintenance is addresses quickly. I have been here six years and hope to be here many more.
Beautiful complex to live in. Carpeted entry ways make the building dressy and inviting. Does not feel like aordinary apartment building but more like a "home"
When I first moved to Cherry Knowll two years I was very pleased with the community, management and my safety. Today, with new tenants, management and strange looking tenants and their guests I no longer feel the same excitement and love for my apartment. Paying $1200.00 is like paying a mortgage and when some people do not have to pay the full price they don't value the property or others. Cherry Knoll is begingin to look like low income housing. It's makes no since to me to clean up the exterior while the interior is the same meaning tenants and the property. I have mixed feelings about Cherry Knolls and with management and it's employees changing like the four seasons I'm sure I won't feel any better until I make the final decision to stay or move in a few months.
I've lived here at Cherry Knoll for almost 4 yrs and it's been an ok place to live, when i first moved in I thought the rent was affordable and on par for how old the apartments were and for the size and appliances in the apartment. But now the rent has got to be to much for what these apartments are and I plan on leaving this summer because they have become unaffordable.
They have made renovations to the outside of the buildings which do look very good but I don't live on the outside of the building, I think they may be charging tenants for these renovations being made. I think they have started charging luxury apartment prices for just an average apartment. It's a shame because they have made the grounds look alot nicer and the neighborhood is overall pretty good, have never had any real issues with neighbors other then a neighbor with a dog that kept barking all day and night but other then that my neighbors have been very pleasant and nice. It's a shame because i've grown to be comfortable here but they have gone too far above my comfort level in what they are charging for these apartments
