Overall the community is great and the location even better! The rental payments are expensive...and there is high turnover with property management. Additionally, there used to be multiple methods to make rental payments, including the online app and website, however that now cost 3% of the rental fee which be expensive. Parking for the front building can be tricky at times and residents not cleaning up after their pets sometimes can be an issue.
It's an amazing community that will have you feeling as if you were on vacation at a 5-Star Resort every day!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
