In every aspect they have gone above and beyond. I feel close with the management office and the community. The apartment is fabulous as well as the events.
This is a quiet community that provides so much. I'm walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, some shopping, and public transportation. The staff here are usually great to interact with and are quick to respond to any and all inquiries or concerns, including minor things. This is my 2nd year here and I talk up the apartments to all my friends.
All in all a great place to live.

The Courts of Devon is a walk away from all stores and restaurants you could ever need to include Whole Foods, Starbucks, Dry Cleaning, a movie theater, frozen yogurt, and so much more. The quality of the Courts of Devon is definitely higher than the amount of money we pay. The maintenance completes all orders in a timely fashion. The office staff has never made me feel I was being pushed into making decisions quickly. The staff aways ensured my questions were answered and I understood everything I wanted to know before signing a lease. The landscaping is maintained daily. The grass is watered daily. Trash is picked up daily. Leaves are blown from the streets and sidewalks at least three times a week. Flowers and shrubs are well maintained. The building exterior is in perfect condition. I have seen the outside of buildings being cleaned by landscaping staff on numerous occasions. Our apartment upon move in had brand new carpet, brand new paint, and even some gifts such as soap, toilet paper, and a towel. All of our appliances and cabinets were clean and working. Parking is amazing here. We are free to park on the street or in a parking lot. Garages are available for a fee and are also very appreciated by my family. There is plenty of parking and our guests also have a place to park and do not have to worry about distance or passes. The clubhouse always has coffee available which is a plus. There are dog treats available there as well for furry family members. The gym has all equipment needed and is open 24 hours a day. The business center is also available 24 hours a day and is much appreciated for those last minute papers that may need to be printed out. The pool is beautiful and always has a lifeguard on duty when open. The last thing I will say is the community is very involved and there are also walking clubs and other activities to participate in as a resident of The Courts of Devon.
