Great living area
Living here has been very pleasurable. I have had many compliments from friends about the apartment layout, the appearance of the neighborhood and the security system. The staff has always been professional and courteous. It's a wonderful place to live.
The property is nice the only compliant is there are never events scheduled to get to know your neighbors. When I go to the web site to check activities for the month for the last two years it says happy new year, happy memorial day, happy 4th, happy labor day, and so on. For resident appreciation month remember to drop a card in a box for a gift card that was it for the month. I really felt appreciated! Lack of interactions with residents.
Living at Wellington Trace has been a very enjoyable experience. The staff is always professional and friendly. I feel like I am important to the community and I've recommended the community to many friends also.
Rent increases often even though there is no raise in your personal income. The buildings are maintained very nicely, inside and out. Maintenance staff respond promptly and efficiently. Management staff does their best to help with any problems or questions. The residents are quiet and clean. For the amount of monthly rent given, snow removal and paper in community printer shouldn't be such a great problem. I have had to shovel out a space only to have to shovel again because there are no assigned spaces and people will take what is available even if they just saw you complete such a task. I bring my own paper to use because there is literally only 2 pieces if paper in the printer at the communities business center. Overall, it is not a bad page to stay.
