I think for me it's a great place to live and the stores are convenient to get to and metro is very convenient and I really like the way they keep the buildings clean every day and how the grounds are being kept up and I like how maintenance takes care of things so you don't have to worry. Also there is a really nice park nearby to go and take your family.
I have been a resident since 2013 and I have had several incidents of errors in my accrued charges through the rental office. I have been sued wrongfully at least twice while I have been a resident of Penn Landing. As well, maintenance can be slow to respond to issues. A swimming pool is offered as an amenity, but residents have not have access to the pool since I have lived here. The pool is in some state of repair, but we can never get a approximate date of completion.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
