Just moved in and couldn't be happier! I've been a city person my whole life so i was nervous for the change, but with the amazing view, great running, hiking and biking trails, and Main Street less than a mile away it's the best of all worlds. I feel like I'm on permanent vacation, minus the fact that I go to work every day . Great place to live!
I could not be more happy with my decision to live at Oella Mills. I wanted a high-end apartment in a safe and vibrant neighborhood. My boss recommended the apartment building to me and I'm so grateful she did! My apartment is absolutely gorgeous! It is immaculate with all modern appliances, fresh paint, and clean carpets. The maintenance team is constantly keeping the entire property spotless. The complex as a whole has wonderful amenities and there are often fun community events! The staff is top notch and extremely responsive. They do so many things that add a personal touch. The team at Oella Mills runs a first-class operation. Highly recommend!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

From I-95 - Take exit 43-B (Route 100 West-Ellicott City). Travel approximately 5 miles and take exit 1-A (Long Gate Parkway). Merge right onto Long Gate Parkway and travel approximately 1/4 mile to second stoplight. Turn left onto Montgomery Road and travel approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right at stoplight on Old Columbia Pike and travel 1 1/2 miles to downtown Old Ellicott City. Turn right on Main Street (Route 144) and travel approximately 1/4 mile. Turn left on Oella Avenue and travel 1/2 mile alongside the Patapsco River to Oella Mill on your left.
