Ratings & Reviews
12 Reviews for Howard Crossing Apartment Homes
I read mixed reviews online before renting here, they gave me pause. Since moving in I have experienced none of the negatives cited. Demographics are decidedly mixed here, but it has been a very congenial experience for me so far. Neighbors all seem pleasant and responsible, no issues with unruly kids, or loud noise coming from adjacent apartments. My apartment overlooks the field and tennis courts behind the Leasing Office building, and I've really enjoyed watching the community activities that take place there from my balcony. And a few occasions where the deer have ventured out from the woods by the stream. Maybe a few have a tendency to litter the grounds, but the maintenance crew seems to keep this well under control. Overall, the grounds are very attractive, nicely landscaped, and kept very clean. Management support and maintenance responsiveness has been excellent. I recommend this apartment community to anyone - it is an excellent value for the price, a nice place to live.
Howard Crossing has been an excellent please to live and I would recommend it to my friends. It is a slightly older complex but I believe you get true value for your dollar. It is convenient to shopping and local mass transit. Joe C.
Our family truly enjoys living at Howard Crossing. The diverse community, playgrounds and areas for our children to play, and an overall safe environment in Howard County are all factors that we considered when deciding to move here. The staff at Home Properties has always been pleasant, from the initial encounter when we stopped in to tour an apartment, to calling maintenance due to a tripped breaker (more than once) and getting quick response within a couple hours. Unfortunately I had a fall recently due to a hole in the sidewalk, upon reporting it the hole and several others were fixed within just days. They care, they put the needs of the residence as priority and our family truly appreciates it.
Great community for a family. - Mara C.
I have been very pleased with Howard Crossing from tour to moving in. Everyone has been lovely, professional and has made my first apartment experience a non-horror one for sure! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking in the area!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
From the Beltway, I-695, take Exit 15 to U.S. Route 40 West. Continue one mile past Patapsco State Park. Turn right onto Normandy Center Drive. After the second traffic light, the street becomes Town and Country Boulevard and is the entrance to Howard Crossing.
