Brompton house is an amazing place to live. I'm a home owner in the process of renovating and selling my home. I needed a place to live but wanted space and low maintenance. I found out that Brompton house had townhomes to rent so I took a chance because I wanted the space and didnt want to deal with an owner/landlords. The townhome is updated, spacious, clean and modern. Upon moving in the home still felt brand new. The community is very diverse and very quiet. The school system in the area is one of the best in the county. I love living here....
I was extremely impressed with Brompton House from the moment I stepped on the property for a tour, and they have not ceased to impress me. The apartments are very new, meaning that there aren't many dings or dents on anything. The residents are very quiet and respectful, and maintenance requests are taken care of in an extremely efficient manner. The office staff is great. The rent is absolutely worth it for what you get. However, it does seem that my building was constructed very quickly. I say that because there is some serious design flaws, and my unit is not level. It leans slightly one direction.

I will preface this by saying I got a VERY good lease incentive, but my rating still stands. The community is top-notch. Parking only gets crowded as it gets later in the day which is to be expected anywhere. If you're home by 10 you're likely not going to have any issues. The apartments are well-appointed and the amenities are well taken care of. All of our neighbors are courteous and pet owners appear to take the time to clean up after their pets. Usually you can find something small to complain about but there are really no major issues at this complex. If I HAD to complain about something, I'd say some small drawbacks are that the game rooms in the clubhouse close with the leasing office around 6PM and that the meeting room in the business center has been closed for quite a while after the table was cracked, but I'm reaching here. Around rush hour time it can be difficult to make a left out of the community because of the lack of a traffic light. The community is excellent overall though. It might be important to note that two new phases of construction are nearing completion in the area and it's likely to get a little busier in the complex.
