The new management team is courteous and efficient. They are active with maintaining quality of apartments including handling cleaning of fireplace, and downed tree limbs. The snow removal was not handled well, but this past winter was extremely brutal. Overall they handled snow removal requests promptly. Courteous employees makes the experience of life here feel like home & not a combat zone.
Layout, cleanliness, amenities, neighborhood are all huge wins. Maintenance is very responsive and handles all matters so far urgently.
Overall it's a nice apartment, neighbors and management are very nice and friendly. I'll be here a year in June and I have been please with my experience so far.
Bell Columbia is a safe place to live and the staff is extremely nice and responsive.
The community is gorgeous, and the new improvements to the front office are beautiful.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
