Have lived here 16 years. This everything about my residency at Beech's Farm.
Beechs Farm is a really great place to live. It's near a lot of great running trails, not even a block from a great Columbia shopping center, and I was surprised to find there is even a small dog park on the property. Columbia is a beautiful place to live as a whole, and Beechs Farm is one of the most convenient and in the nicest areas of Columbia.
Beech's Farm is a quiet friendly complex conveniently located adjacent to Kings Contrivance Village Center. This property is well managed and competitively priced.
Office staff and maintenance staff outstanding, overall management (higher up) not so good!!! The company appears more concerned with extracting as much profit as it can without regard to overall appearance of the property, and staffing (which is insufficient (maintenance staff is way to small to care for the property.)
i like the area... everything is good so far nice and quiet area
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
