I think that the community overall is great. I love that we have activities every month for residents and I find all staff to be very courteous. There is a definite problem with pests and my apartment appliances are incredibly out dated. Outside of other minor maintenance issues I love the community. I also really love what you have done with the building lobby and security system!

A couple years ago, the balcony doors, screens & windows were replaced, which was a great improvement over the screens with holes & windows that didn't lock that were in place when I moved in. Unfortunately, the rent also went up to pay for those upgrades. While I appreciate SSV trying to become a "luxury" complex, it has too many issues to charge as much as it does. If I found something comparable that was less expensive, I would seriously consider moving even if it was less conveniently located.

Please provide promotion or discount for the ones who has stable job and would like to continue the contract. The key to the best quality of the community is to keep the good residents with quality life and the quality price.

Fix the elevators in the 9314 building and make the electrical system more reliable.
