Top Field is a terrific community to live in. It far exceeds our expectations. Definitely the best Apartment we have ever lived in! We are so happy we decided to move here. The size and layouts are great! The living/dining rooms are larger than anything we saw all along the West side of 695. There is plenty of ample parking. And a lot of storage space in all the many closets. Love it here!!
I have seen many changes since my first Topfield lease. Not all of them in favor of the tenants. Originally, I had 3 day a week trash pickup at my door; car washing facilities; no separate billing for water/sewer usage; There have been changes which decreased the value of my lease, but did not decrease my rent which continues to increase every year. I feel once a tenant is retired and on limited income, the rent should freeze.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
