I love the location of the apartment right on the Capital Crescent Trail. The maintenance folks are so nice and helpful, and it is a very nice, good sized apartment (top of the hill). Only complaint I have is the people above me are VERY loud and I can hear through the walls. But overall I am very happy here.
I live on the top of the hill (renovated) apartments. I really like this apartment. The interior is updated with mid-range quality materials and overall feels new. There is excellent use of space with large closets and open eating/living area. Additionally, there are storage areas that are included with rent. One amenity that I would like is a unit washer/dryer. There are 3 washer/dryers per building; usually no wait, but it costs $1.75 per load and it is coin op.
First the location is less than 15 minutes to dc. It also has two bus stops right at every corner. This is the best deal in the area especially for the space, my friends can't believe how I was able to afford a nice place in Chevy Chase on a student budget! And parking is free! !!!!! Finally the staff made me feel welcome and accommodated. The place is quiet clean and in an amazing scool district for kids.
The property is kept in a clean & orderly manner. The employees are friendly and @ your beckoned call. The location is convenient to Silver Spring, Bethesda & Washington, DC while being in a suburban environment. It is also located in a low crime area.
The space is big for the price and the doesn't feel like living in a apartment complex. You don't have to deal with your neighbor (noise....). The management and maintenance staff are nice.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
