WHY I CAN'T GET A NEW REFRIGERATOR, WHY CRAKING IN MASTER BATHROOM WALL & VENT CAN'T BE FIXED. wHYSME ELECTICAL OUTLETS DON'T WORK? wHY WALLS WERE JSUS PATCHED OVER INSTEAD OF BEING SMOIOTHED OUT. WHY BALCONY WAS NOT CLEANED BEFORE i MOVED IN. wHEN i MOVED IN i WROTE A LIST OF THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE . iT WAS IGNORED BY LEASING OFFICE. MASTER BATHROOM SHOWER WATER HARD TO REGULATE TON GETWATER AT RIGHT TEMPERTURE. SLIDING GLASS DOOR LOCK NEED TO BE CHANGED. IT TAKES SEVERAL TRIES IN ORDER TO LOCK IT. WINDOWS ARE DRAFTY IN POWDER ROOM AND BEDROOMS.

Remove assigned parking, if the building aren't wheelchair accessible then lessen the number of handicap spots. Fix door skirts like promised.
This certified resident cared enough to take the time to detail areas where we can improve, and we have reached out to them. We make every effort to make apartment home living a great experience and sometimes we need to learn from where we fell short. Thank you for posting this information and we look forward to showing you how we can improve.
The management should focus on the condition of the apartments and having the appropriate number of quality maintenance staff. The quality and condition of the apartments will keep and invite quality people. Quick response, completion and follow up should be a must for maintenance. I love living here but I had to send letters to the regional manager, the owner and the vice president of operations before my requests for street lighting (that was out for almost 2 months) and the sinful wasting of water due to inconsistent water temperatures.
We never want to disappoint anyone - especially a resident that calls our community home. This feedback was a top priority and we have contacted the certified resident directly to have a conversation and learn how we can improve our community and service. We appreciate the chance to make this situation better!
