I love the staff and I love my apartment. Everyone in the building seems to be pretty social in the hallways and elevators as well.

The gas charges are ridiculous, especially as someone who rarely to never turns on their heat. They are very slow getting things done as well, such as the mail boxes which have been "in process" since this summer. The package room is almost never open. Some of the equipment in the rec room has been broken for months.
This certified resident cared enough to take the time to detail areas where we can improve, and we have reached out to them. We make every effort to make apartment home living a great experience and sometimes we need to learn from where we fell short. Thank you for posting this information and we look forward to showing you how we can improve.
Improvement of package room operation
Thank you to the staff for keeping the pathways shoveled and clear and continually mopping the lobby with the recent winter storm.

Make some changes in picking up parcel. Sometimes I need go downstairs many times to pick up my parcel.

Printer in resident lounge does not work. Wish there was recycling and WiFi in roof lounge by pool.
