Its a quite and clean community. Easy access to the buildings for seniors. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Problems are fixed in a timely manner.
I liked that we have the security and unwanted solicitators just can't come in the building. But i'm disappointed that they decided to stop monitoring the building with the cameras and sound. It was very helpful when my vehicle was vandalized. i love that they have functions for the residents and a newsletter via email. Those little perks are very nice.
When I first move in, 11/08, this was the place to be. Now, it seems like they are letting anybody become a resident. Years ago, this community was clean. Now, there is trash all over the complex every morning. Better screening would help keep these people away. Also, maintenance is slow about their duties. It takes a long time to have a situation rectified. Initial assessment of a situation is good, but follow ups take a long time. Office staff needs to learn proper business etiquette.
I have been residing there for 3 yrs and I have seen office staff change and it has gone down really bad. They are not sensitive to your needs and can be on the rude side a little.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
